By engaging Hantsaniala Eléo for freelance development services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Services are provided as described in the project scope agreement. All work is performed remotely unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Payment terms are established in the project scope agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.
